We want you cool as fast as possible. Here is how shipping works.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address. We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by the option you select at checkout and your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
